    1.3 The Company reserves the right to discontinue services if any illegal activities are detected.
  2. Intellectual Property Protection
    2.1 The Company owns all intellectual property rights to its website, services and content.
    2.2 The Customer shall not copy, distribute or use the Company’s intellectual property in any way, unless expressly authorized.
    2.3 Any content uploaded or provided by the Customer must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
  3. Limitation of Liability
    3.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.
    3.2 The Company’s total liability shall be limited to the value of the services provided.
    3.3 The Company is not responsible for the acts or service quality of third-party suppliers.
  4. The right of decision
    4.1 The Company reserves the final decision-making power for any disputes related to the services.
    4.2 The Company will handle disputes in a fair and reasonable manner.
    4.3 If the parties fail to reach a consensus, the dispute resolution clause below can be invoked.
  5. Dispute Resolution
    5.1 Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiations.
    5.2 If the negotiations fail, either party may apply for arbitration with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
    5.3 The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
  6. Privacy Protection
    6.1 The Company will strictly comply with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance to protect customer personal data.
    6.2 The Customer authorizes the Company to collect, use and disclose their personal data to provide the services.
    6.3 The Customer may access and correct their personal data at any time.
  7. Right to Modify
    7.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
    7.2 The modified terms will take effect from the date of publication, and customers should check regularly for the latest version.
    7.3 If the Customer does not agree with the modified terms, they may choose to terminate the use of the services.
  8. User Consent
    8.1 The Customer’s use of the Company’s services is deemed as having read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
    8.2 If the Customer does not agree with these terms, they should immediately cease using the Company’s services.
  9. Language and Copies
    9.1 If these Terms are translated into another language and there is any inconsistency between this English version and the translated version, then this English version text shall prevail.
